Urban research for the interuniversity campus in Ufa. Result is that the customer of the architectural concept decided to change the location from the periphery of the city to the central part of Ufa, where five of the six universities belonging to the Eurasian Research Center are historically located.

The project is a finalist of the All-Russian contest for the creation of tourist and recreational clusters and the development of ecotourism in Russia of the Federal Agency for Tourism of the Russian Federation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
The Institute of Urban Development of Bashkortostan, together with Orchestra Design, the team of the Iremel Nature Park, has developed a concept for the development of the Mighty Iremel tourist and recreational cluster for 2020-2025.

City Maker's Workshop
City Maker's Workshop is a project of The Institute for Urban Development in the Republic of Bashkortostan aimed at supporting and development of local projects in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The winning project of the Presidential Grants Fund Contest in 2021.
We collaborated with the communities from several towns and cities in the Republic of Bashkortostan: Beloretsk, Blagoveschensk, Davlekanovo, Oktyabrsky, Sibai, Sterlitamak, Yanaul.

Yanaul Museum Reloaded
A local history museum is an institution which is unlikely to attract the youth of a city, although it offers space where local communities might be able to meet. The aim of this project was to reevaluate the museum space as a 'third place' to hold young adults' gatherings, conduct various activities and help shape a community.

Communities' Festival in Sterlitamak
The purpose of this project was to strengthen urban business and activist communities, which was done in conjunction with an existing Maturama community. Sterlitamak bursts with proactive people and the task of this project was to unite them to foster common projects as well as build communication channels between communities and the city administration.

Paint.On Festival in Davlekanovo
The goal of the project was to bring together proactive residents and create a new urban space. The festival was suggested and put through in cooperation with local teenagers. As a result of this collaboration, a small-scale public space – a new temporary stage and street art completed together with the residents - appeared in Solnechny Park on Youth Day.

Eco-Park Friends in Sibai
The aim is to jumpstart a community in Terra Zauralie Eco-Park: gather park's friends, build communication channels between the town administration and urban residents, and outline the event schedule. The park hosted an eco-festival in August, which was co-organized with the help from the local communities, for instance, they conducted the dog show and yoga classes.

The goal is to give a boost to urban community initiatives in large-scale standardized districts of the Soviet period and acquaint residents with one another.
The goal is to give a boost to urban community initiatives in large-scale standardized districts of the Soviet period and acquaint residents with one another.
The program attracted a diverse audience. There were experienced and aspiring urban activists, schoolchildren, businesspeople, and artists among the participants.
The participants executed their own projects in their districts: local discussions, art exhibitions, cultural events, clean-ups, guidebooks and tour routes around microdistricts, sets of postcards about the district, a board game, and a local newspaper.

The Institute for Urban Development in the Republic of Bashkortostan acted as an organizer of the program in Ufa, which covered the districts of Dyoma, Chernikovka, and Inors.

Urban planning and sociological research, the purpose of which is to analyze the state of public spaces in the historical center of Ufa and combine them into a single system by creating understandable and convenient connecting bicycle and pedestrian routes.
It includes analytics of 14 parks and squares related to big data, information from city departments, field research, socio-cultural analysis.

Development of methodology and organization of the strategic session "National projects: a view from the regions" at the All-Russian forum "Environment for Life" in Nizhny Novgorod.
The purpose of the strategic session is to collect proposals concerning the implementation of the national project "Housing and urban environment" and synchronization with other projects and programs.
The participants were 52 representatives of subjects and regional competence centers, about 150 people attended. The result is a public resolution formulated by the participants of the strategic session.
